I have never seen a really fine example of the famous Prancing Horse in print form. The chrome badge itself of course, graces the bodies of some of the most beautiful cars ever built, but I'd never seen it done justice in print.
So I painted one.
Although this is best classed as an airbrush painting, the fact of it is, that the bulk of the detail was simply coloured in with pencils. The main form and shading was first airbrushed in, and the rest was completed over a few nights in front of the telly (watching motor racing of course) with coloured pencils. A great way to pass the time...
